The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on August 20, 2026, issued the corrigendum to the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 2026.
The Government has issued a corrigendum to the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 2026, originally notified vide G.S.R. 527(E) dated June 29, 2026. The corrigendum makes various typographical and textual corrections in the Scheme, including replacing “सुरक्षा समझौता” with “सामाजिक सुरक्षा समझौता”, correcting wording relating to wages/remuneration, removing the phrase “as a penalty”, and revising certain references and calculations in the relevant paragraphs. It also corrects entries in Table 3, including “2,42I” to “2,421” and “1065b” to “10650”.
